The Atlantic Pro Sports Exercise Science Division has a progression based system designed to give young athletes a solid foundation of athletic development at their most critical point of physical and mental growth. Strength, Conditioning and proper Nutrition are a non-negotiable element in the schedule of a competitive athlete in any sport at this age. APS Coaches will challenge and motivate athletes to help develop the 4 Pillars. Mindset, Nutrition, Movement and Recovery. All to help maximize in-game performance and reduce the risk of injury. In-season and off-season, Atlantic Pro Sports Coaches will take Youth Athletes to their next level.

Our sports performance training improves functional movement to support the physical demands of life and sport. We help athletes of all levels shore up weaknesses, decrease injury risk, and build strength and power.
