 Schedule

  • Spring/Summer Training Begins April 20th

  • Three (3) Phases over 17 weeks (ending Aug 14th)

  • 4 strength workouts per week

  • Mon. Tues. Thur, Fri 8:30 am-10 am

  • Open Gym (Key Fob Fees apply)

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

In the Elite Pro Hockey Program athletes are currently specialized in a sport and playing at a University or Pro Level. Maximizing performance is the most important parameter by utilizing a sports specific, periodized and individualized training approach. Longevity of career, injury prevention, technique and recovery are a main focus of this program. 

A longterm athlete development protocol will be implemented with a focus on building a solid athletic foundation that is more resistant to injuries. 

 PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS

  • Mandatory Heart Rate Monitoring (Monitor must be compatible with Polar, can be purchased thru APS

  • Pre and Post exercise snacks and meals provided (breakfast choices)

  • Pre and during workout Supplementation (NSF Approved)

  • NormaTec recovery station 

  • Massage Guns 

  • Our Dietitian will focus on advancing nutrition knowledge in specific areas to sports performance and provide the tools to encourage the development of an individual fueling recovery protocol
