Intensity Bootcamp will challenge members while encouraging everyone to work at their own pace in a fun and safe environment. Rebecca (aka Babs) will provide modifications and challenges with every exercise offered during each 45 minute training session. Babs coaching style is always motivating, encouraging, challenging and fun. Get the motivation you are looking for from working out amongst a group, while getting the individual attention to achieve your personal health and fitness goals.
