  • Spring/Summer Training Begins June 10th

  • Three (3) Phases over 12 weeks (ending Aug 30th)

  • 2 strength workouts per week

  • Mon. Tues. Thur, Fri 10:00am am-11:30 am

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

 

For Athletes 8-12 years old, we offer our Introduction Program. This program is 

designed in such a way that it lays the groundwork for athleticism while also 

building confidence and self-esteem. Our Introduction Program will teach about 

body mechanics, running techniques and body weight exercises in a 

supportive, positive environment. Our Dietitians will focus on laying the foundations for healthy nutrition habits through interactive games and presentations.

 

FOUNDATIONS: 

●Building a work ethic 

●Inspiring atmosphere and positive coaching 

●Laying the ground work for nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits  

 

ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT: 

●Developing motor skills and movement patterns 

●Establishing coordination and balance 

●Age appropriate strength and resistance training fundamentals 

●Speed, agility and conditioning foundations 

●Workshops with our Registered Dietitians focusing on proper fueling 

and healthy eating 

 

AREAS OF FOCUS: 

●Basic body weight movement mastery 

●Agility and change direction 

●Mobility and motor control
