U12 ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT
This program is designed in such a way that it lays the groundwork for athleticism while also
building confidence and self-esteem. Our U12 program will teach about
body mechanics, running techniques and body weight and age appropriate resistance exercises in a
supportive, positive environment.
