This program is designed in such a way that it provides athletes with a strong foundation that they can build on throughout their lives and athletic career. We deliver a fun, engaging and
dynamic program that meets young athletes where they are in their current development to progress in a wide range of foundational movements.

●Intermediate plyometric training
●Expansion of functional movement patterns

●Mobility and injury prevention
