MOVE WELL WITH ANGIE

Before we Make Bold Moves, we must Move Well. We will use the principles of mobility, stability, core, activation and breath to learn to Move Well. Guided by Angie The Athletic Therapist, all exercises and stretches can be scaled to meet your ability level. Don’t expect a quiet meditative room though! There will be chatter, fun and laughter. A class for all; from those looking to move more efficiently and safely, to high performance athletes looking to get an edge on the competition, and everyone in between! Whoever we are, we can always aim to Move Well.
WHO is this program for?
Our program is designed for adults of all fitness levels, youth athletes over the age of 15.
WHEN is this program offered?
Monday at 7pm additional classes offered if demand is communicated.
