Are you looking to burn fat, get toned, and lean out? This class is for you! Shawn's classes are one hour and guaranteed to make you sweat! Be prepared for a dynamic full body workout that includes drills, weights, plyometrics, and a ton of exercises utilizing your body weight. This head-to-toe functional training program is designed to be both fun and challenging for all fitness levels!
