PROGRAM OVERVIEW
This program is designed specifically to enhance power, speed and strength through advanced resistance and plyometric training. Our goal is to develop a well rounded, injury free athlete to thrive within all sports.

●Advanced and progressive strength and conditioning training

●Optimizing performance
●High level of foot work, coordination, and balance
●Proper movement mechanics (motor control)
●Injury prevention, recovery and rehab techniques
●Jumping and landing mechanics
