  • Spring/Summer Training Begins June 10th

  • Three (3) Phases over 12 weeks (ending Aug 30th)

  • 2 strength workouts per week

  • Mon. Tues. Thur, Fri 10:00am am-11:30 am

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

 

For athletes 15-18 years old, we offer the Senior  Development Program. This program is 

designed specifically to enhance power, speed and strength through resistance 

training and more advanced lifts. Our focus is to develop a well rounded, injury 

free athlete to thrive within all sports. With our Senior Athletes, Our Dietitian will focus on building nutrition concepts and begin to relate them to enhancements in performance

 

FOUNDATIONS: 

●Developing a strong work ethic 

●Inspiring atmosphere and positive coaching 

●Advancing the athletes ability to implement nutrition strategies to elevate 

performance and health 

 

ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT: 

●Advanced plyometric training  

●Advanced agility, change of direction and speed training 

●Advanced and progressive strength and conditioning program 

●1st step quickness and multi directional movements 

●Workshops with our Registered Dietitians focusing on proper fueling 

strategies and nutrient timing 

 

AREAS OF FOCUS: 

●Optimal mobility and flexibility 

●High level of foot work, coordination, and balance 

●Proper movement mechanics (motor control) 

●Injury reduction, recovery and rehab techniques 

●Jumping and landing mechanics
