The Virtual Lifestyle & Weight Loss Program includes:
Semesterized format with each semester 16 weeks in duration
Individualized nutrition assessment, meal guide and follow up appointments with our Registered Dietitian
2 workouts per week delivered by our Kinesiologist
Biweekly education webinars
Rotating nutrition and fitness challenges
Tracking, recipes, motivational quotes, & MORE!
