Using PNOE measuring equipment, we can take you through a progressive exercise test. Using this data, they provide actionable recommendations for you to improve your training and help you reach your fitness goals.
WHY VO2 MAX?
The more oxygen your body can uptake and use, the more energy you can produce to sustain cardiovascular activities (running, cycling, swimming, etc.). By measuring the amount of oxygen your body uses at peak intensity (VO2 max) we can analyze your current state of cardiovascular fitness and provide general recommendations for training.
UTILIZING THE DATA
Vo2 testing requires 2 sessions:
Consultation & Assessment
Pre-analysis interview on your sport or activity-related goals and Vo2 test. 60min
Report & Action Items
30-minute follow-up session, where an expert will walk you through your report & recommendations in a manner that is meaningful to you.
